Our experienced team is investigating the crash, focusing on maintenance records, pilot qualifications, air traffic control protocols, weather conditions, potential manufacturer defects, and operational errors. Legal Remedies for Family Members of the Philadelphia Air Ambulance Plane Crash

Legal action is often available for victims’ families in accidents like this. Depending on the findings of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and independent investigations, family members may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits. The situation will change as investigation reports conclude, so it’s important to contact an airplane accident lawyer to stay up-to-date on your legal rights as the situation changes.

If negligence is found, families may file claims against responsible parties, such as the airline, aircraft manufacturer, maintenance providers, or other entities. For example, if a defect in the aircraft or its components contributed to the crash, families could pursue claims against manufacturers or maintenance providers. If pilot error, inadequate training, or operational failures are identified as sources for the crash, claims could be brought against the airline or relevant parties. In addition, given that the victims were Mexican nationals, their families may seek legal remedies under international aviation laws or treaties.
