The firm, led by Airplane Accident Lawyer and Founding Member Abe Bohrer, is dedicated to uncovering the cause of this devastating incident and seeking justice for the victims and their families.

Details of the Incident

Initial reports indicate that on Friday, January 31, 2025, a Learjet 55 operated by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance crashed near the Roosevelt Mall in Northeast Philadelphia around 6:10 p.m., shortly after departing from Northeast Philadelphia Airport. All six people onboard, including a child and her mother, were tragically killed in the fiery crash.

The child, who had received care at Shriners Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia, was being transported back to her home country of Mexico along with her mother when the crash occurred. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico confirmed that all individuals on the flight were of Mexican nationality.

Tragically, the crash also caused multiple injuries to people on the ground due to the resulting explosion, which left a large field of debris, damaged buildings, and burned-out cars. The exact number of injured individuals on the ground has not yet been confirmed.
