LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST EXPRESSJET FOR BURN INJURY

This action was brought pursuant to the Montreal Convention, an international treaty which regulates air carrier liability in the event of passenger injury. The lawsuit alleges that the airline and its flight crew are liable for the accident which caused the child’s injuries and seeks damages for the physical and psychological trauma suffered as a result.
